When I audit client accounts the top three things I see that can be optimized are:
✨ NAME FIELD: using keywords and phrases people search for on Google, and if you’re a hyper local business add the location - eg. Orange County Wedding Photographer vs. Photographer. Here's mine "Social Media Marketing & Content Strategist | Educator". You have 30 characters
✨ A BENEFIT ORIENTED BIO: take your bio from boring to brilliant by sharing the BIGGEST benefit that people will get if they follow you. Use words your customers have used to describe their transformation - eg. Lose weight without sacrificing taco nights vs. Lose weight by balancing your food intake. Here's mine "Liberate yourself from social media burnout. Stop spending hours creating & managing content"
✨ PITCH-WORTHY PINNED POSTS: you can pin 3 posts and I don’t recommend just pinning your viral posts! Showcase who you are, what you’re known for/best offer or competitive edge, your expertise, and your best customer results and testimonials!
