So...something's been sitting in my drafts for the last month and I wanted to share it with you...

For years, I struggled to express everything I wanted to say in short-form content. I felt boxed in by the constraints of platforms like Instagram and TikTok. As a result, I ended up posting surface-level content that didn’t fully reflect my expertise or build trust with my audience.
But here’s the thing—I realized I don’t have to be confined to short-form content. I made a shift this year, and it’s completely changed how I approach content creation... And I want to share this with you.
I started focusing on long-form content—specifically on YouTube—where I could go deep and truly showcase my knowledge. Now, I’m creating both long-form and short-form content and the best part? I’m able to repurpose my long-form content into bite-sized pieces that fit perfectly on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Here's what’s happened since:
- I’m able to deliver deeper value to my audience.
- I’m not just scratching the surface anymore—I’m showing up as the expert I am.
- I’m creating content faster and more efficiently than ever before.
The best part? I can repurpose all the content I create, turning it into multiple pieces that I can share across platforms... And the secret weapon? AI tools like ChatGPT—I use it to turn my long-form content into snackable short-form content, which saves me tons of time while maximizing the value I share.
If you’re a coach, service provider, or educator, I know you’ve got expertise and knowledge that deserves to be shared with the world... But I also know that it can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to keep up with the demands of social media.
Here’s the mindset shift that has completely transformed my approach to marketing: Stop trying to be everywhere. Focus on mastering one long-form platform (like YouTube, a blog, or a podcast), and one short-form platform (like Instagram or TikTok).
That’s it. Focus on those two.
By creating deep, authentic content on your long-form platform, you’ll be able to repurpose it into shorter content that’s easier to consume, and it’ll feel natural... You’ll have the confidence to showcase your expertise in a way that builds trust and community, while also saving time and energy.
